At Plushie Dreadfuls, we want you to love your new companion, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, un-hugged condition. If your order isn't quite right, we are here to help make things better.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place the plushie back into its original collector's bag and shipping box to ensure it stays protected during its journey home.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to the outside of the box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned item, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or ship out your requested exchange.
